Frankie is an artist based in the Inner West in Sydney. Her work focuses on a recurring theme, the changing urban environment around us. She specialises in urban landscapes that highlight the humour and beauty in everyday scenes in life. Frankie enjoys working with clients to capture their memories in unique commissions.
Frankie's second solo exhibition 'The Inner West I See' displayed at the Inner West Council's Chrissie Cotter Gallery, 29 April 2021 - 9 May 2021. Sponsored by the Inner West Council.
'The Inner West I See' showcased a collection of new paintings inspired by lockdown and loving local. The exhibition featured instantly recognisable pubs, shopfronts and local landmarks of the Inner West in Sydney. All in Frankie's distinctive style of vibrant colours and lightly skewed perspective.
Frankie’s painting 'Village Corner' was the First Prize winner of the 2020 Paint Queen Street Art Prize and she was a finalist in the 2016, 2019 & 2020 Greenway Art Prize.
